Real life, not a feed

Tusovka (tusovka.co.il) is a platform for Russian speakers in Israel: a business directory, Classifieds for private listings and real-life meetups. Interest hangouts and member cards will open later.

Not another social network

Tusovka is a tool for an active life: a business directory, Classifieds and real-life meetups in one place. We don't try to keep you in the app: the site is here to help you meet people face to face. Less scrolling, more real connections.

Our principles

What we believe in and how the platform works.

Real life, not a screen

We measure success in less time on your phone and more time together in person. Everything here is built to get you to close the app and head out to a meetup, sooner rather than later.

Your card is the way in

A physical card with a code from a hangout leader. A closed, vetted circle - no spam, no random strangers.

Hangouts built around leaders

Not one big feed, but real hangouts - each with its own hangout leader who brings people together and runs the meetups.

Meetups that keep happening

The same faces, showing up again and again. Acquaintances turn into friends, and meetups turn into the habit of getting out and living.

How it works

The path from a physical card to a live meetup - four steps.

Coming soon: member cards will arrive together with the first hangouts.

Step 1

Get your card

A hangout leader hands you a personal card with a unique code at a meetup or mails it to you.

Step 2

Enter the code

Type in the XXXX-XXXX code from your card, then sign in or create an account - the card links to it.

Step 3

Join the hangout

The card unlocks a private hangout: the full member list and sign-up for its meetups.

Step 4

Show up in person

RSVP to a meetup with the "I'm going" button and meet people in real life.

Business directory

A catalog of venues - and spaces for meetups

Restaurants, cafes, doctors, tradespeople and other businesses in Israel where Russian is spoken. A listing is free and goes live after the site team checks it, and reviews come from members after a visit. A venue can also become a meetup spot and host meetups.

My name is Vadim Leviev. I was born in 1978 in Leninabad - back then it was still the Soviet Union. When I was thirteen, my family moved to Israel, and Tel Aviv has been my home ever since.

At eighteen I spent three years in a paratrooper reconnaissance unit of the IDF. Those years gave me more than any degree: discipline, the ability to decide under pressure, and trust in the person beside me. Much of how I work today comes from there - not the bravado, but the quiet things: prepare, decide fast, stand behind your word.

For more than twenty-five years I've been building digital products - web platforms, security systems, AI-based tools. Along the way I've worn many hats: system administrator, analyst, cybersecurity specialist, project manager, lead developer. That breadth is no accident: the best solutions are born when you understand the problem at every layer.

I built Tusovka for a simple reason. I was tired of watching real human connection get swapped for a feed and likes. I wanted to pull people off their screens and back into real life - to genuine meetups, new people and hangouts where your kind of folks are close by. To me it's not «just another social network», it's a tool that helps you step offline and still be yourself.

I live with faith in my heart, and I believe there are no small things - everything in our life is thought out down to the last detail. Tusovka, for me, is about exactly that: about paying attention to the real person who's right beside you.
