Who we are

Тусовка is a private platform for in-person meetups and communities. We bring people together for real-world connection: meetups, interest-based clubs, and local businesses. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What data we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and profile photo - if you've uploaded one.
  • Membership: your activated card code, community, and join date.
  • Meetups: your meetup sign-ups, waitlist entries, and attendance records.
  • Content: your business reviews, meetup questions, and any other content you add.
  • Technical data: sign-in cookies, interface preferences (stored in your browser), and anonymized visit data.

Why we use your data

  • to run your account, membership, and meetup sign-ups;
  • to track meetup attendance - visible to your community leader;
  • to send notifications about meetups and changes (to your email);
  • to keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. A limited set of data is handled by our technical service providers: our hosting provider and Google Maps (when you view a page with a map, your browser connects to Google's servers). A community leader can see the names of members in their community, along with their sign-ups and attendance at that community's meetups.

Cookies

We use cookies for account sign-in and to run our support chat, along with your browser's localStorage for your preferences (such as accessibility settings). You can manage cookies in your browser settings; a consent banner appears on your first visit.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. We retain your support history for a limited time and then delete it. Technical logs are kept no longer than needed for security.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile details in your account. To request a copy of your data or to delete your account, reach out through our Help Center - we'll respond and act on your request within a reasonable time.

Children

The platform is intended for adult users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We announce significant changes on the site, and the date of the current version is shown below.
