About the Service

"Тусовка" is a private platform for communities and in-person meetups. Full access to communities is granted through the code on a physical card issued by a community leader. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Account and Card

  • A card code is a personal invitation: each card activates a single account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and card code secure until activation.
  • Provide accurate information: the platform is built on trust between real people.
  • A community leader may remove a member who breaks the community's rules, and an issued card may be revoked.

Code of Conduct

The following are prohibited: insults and harassment; spam and mass mailings; publishing other people's personal data; knowingly false reviews; unlawful content; and any attempt to hack or interfere with the platform. Violations may lead to content removal, restricted access, or account suspension.

Meetups

  • Meetups are organized by community leaders and partner businesses. The platform is a tool for signing up and tracking attendance, not the organizer of the meetups.
  • Signing up for a meetup reserves your place; if it is full, you join the waiting list.
  • A meetup may be canceled by its organizer - everyone who signed up will be notified.
  • At the meetup, the organizer records attendance using your card code.
  • Participants and organizers are responsible for what happens at in-person meetups. Follow the law and use common sense.

User Content

Reviews, questions, and other content are published under your name, and you are responsible for them. By posting content, you grant the platform permission to display it to other users. We may moderate and remove content that breaks the rules. Any review can be reported - our moderation team reviews all reports.

Businesses in the Directory

Business information is provided by owners and the community. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that the details are up to date; please confirm them with the business directly. Owners can claim the listing for their business and respond to reviews.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or from its unavailability.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
