How can we help?
Answers about cards, meetings, and communities - or write to us if you didn't find yours.
Launch
There's no set date yet - we'll announce it here on the site. Communities and the member card are the next step of the launch. Cards are issued by community leaders, so they'll arrive together with the first communities. The Business directory and the meetup feed already work: you can find a venue, browse meetups, or put together your own 'light plan'. Already run a community or regular meetups? Leave an organizer request on the 'Communities' page and we'll get in touch.
Meetups
On the meetup page, tap 'I'm going' and your spot is saved. Add the meetup to your calendar with the button next to it so it doesn't slip your mind.
Join the waitlist from the button on the meetup card. The moment a spot opens up, we'll move you into the going list automatically and email you.
Open the meetup under 'My meetups' and turn off 'I'm going' - your spot opens up for the next person on the waitlist.
Any verified member can create a 'light plan' right in the meetup feed: what, where, when - and a few spots for friends. Bigger gatherings unlock with a permission - request it in one click and the team will review it.
Account
In your account, open 'Settings': name, avatar, 'about me', life motto, interests, and up to 3 photos. Save your changes with the 'Save' button. Your email is tied to your account and can't be changed.
On the sign-in screen, tap 'Forgot password?' and enter your email - we'll send you a reset link.
Your profile is visible to members, but you decide exactly what it shows. Under Settings you'll find 'Profile privacy': age, meetups you attended and hosted, meetup directions, interests, photos, communities - every item can be hidden or shown.
Your account is split into sections with a menu that stays on the side: 'My card', 'Messages', 'Friends', 'My meetups', 'My communities', 'Favorites', and 'Settings'. The menu is always in view - on mobile too. While cards are coming soon, the 'Member card' section is called 'Profile'.
Business & reviews
Tap 'Add business' on the Business directory page and fill in the listing: category, city, address, phone, photos. No account yet? Add your own details in the same form and it's created right away. We check that the business is yours, publish it and confirm you as the owner.
Open the business page and tap 'Write a review'. Reviews can be left by signed-in members.
Yes - a business can become a meetup venue. In the listing, the owner sets whether it hosts meetups: freely, on request, or not at all. Community leaders pick a venue from the directory, and a meetup at an on-request venue waits for the owner's approval. Coming soon: communities haven't opened yet - this describes how it will work after launch.
Friends & messages
Open a member's profile and tap 'Add friend' - they'll get a request to accept. Met in person? Scan the QR code on their card under 'Friends' and you're friends instantly, no request needed.
The 'Message' button lives on every member's profile and on the cards in the 'People' section. You can write to anyone; all conversations live under 'Messages' in your account, and pop-up notifications flag new ones.
Open the 'People' section: leaders, ambassadors, and members who turned on visibility. Filter by interests, city, role, and age, and sort by meetup count. Want to be found too? Turn on visibility in your profile settings.
No. Private messages and friendships between an adult and a 14-17-year-old member are blocked. The exception is vetted leaders and organizers - they may reply to teens about meetups.
A list in the 'People' section: members who have hosted the most real-life meetups. The top three get medals. Want in? Create meetups and bring people together.
Reputation & profile
A number from 0 to 100 - a quiet measure of how much real life stands behind you. It grows from confirmed meetups you attended, meetups you hosted, how varied your circle is (different organizers and different people beside you over the last 90 days), and from identity verification. These aren't points or levels: there is nobody to catch up with, the number simply describes facts. The first steps count for the most, and the gains slow down after that.
Only you and the admin team. Other members never see it - not on your profile, not in the 'People' section. That is deliberate: we do not turn it into a public ranking. The breakdown by component lives in your account, under 'Member card'. While cards are coming soon, the 'Member card' section is called 'Profile'.
The order of results in the 'People' section when 'Most useful first' is selected: the number itself stays hidden, only the order changes. Meetups and communities have their own separate score - high values get a green badge on the card. Your personal score does not feed those badges: they count only what is already public anyway - how many meetups you have hosted.
Go to meetups and check in - attendance counts once the organizer confirms it. Host your own: a meetup counts as held when two or more people show up. Go to different organizers and meet new people, not just your usual circle. Verify your identity in settings. Gaming it is hard: only confirmed actions count, they cannot be backdated, and dating meetups do not count at all.
It is a reminder of what your profile is still missing: a photo, a couple of lines about yourself, interests, a phone number. A filled-in profile makes it easier for people to write to you and invite you along, and you stand out more in the 'People' section - there is a filter for completed profiles there. Once everything is filled in, a little sun appears next to your name. Completeness does not affect your usefulness score; the one exception is identity verification, which counts towards both.
In your account, on the 'Member card' page. There is a breakdown by component: how many meetups you attended, how many you hosted, what your circle looks like over the last 90 days, and whether your identity is verified. Each line shows how much it contributed. While cards are coming soon, the 'Member card' section is called 'Profile'.
